What's Wrong With Me?


Welcome to the Page where the topic is Why Me?, and why things just don't seem to have changed in your life even though you once prayed a prayer to accept JESUS as your personal SAVIOR.

In order to understand the problem, we need to go to the following Scripture.  JESUS' teaching here is called - The Parable Of The Sower.

Matthew 13:3-9

"Then HE told them many things in parables, saying: "A farmer went out to sow his seed.  As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up.  Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow.  But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root.  Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants.  Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.  He who has ears, let him hear."

In order to obtain a firm grasp as how our individual actions and decisions can affect our life, next we will 'color code' if you will these same scriptures for your benefit.

Since you came to this article because you don't believe life is working out for you and have repeatedly asked yourself, 'Why Me?',  'What's wrong with me?', continue on as the 'color coded' verse(s) are explained for you -  


Do you happen to be seed that  - Fell along the path?

 

- and the birds came and ate it up -

 

Do you happen to be seed that - Fell on rocky places?

 

- where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow.  But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root -

 

Do you happen to be seed that - Fell among thorns?

 

- which grew up and choked the plants -

 

Do you happen to be seed that - Fell on good soil?

 

- where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown -

 


It may not feel good to you to realize that you were not good soil the first time (s) you prayed a prayer to accept JESUS, but that in no way says that you cannot become good soil right here and now. 

You did not just happen unto this article.  GOD does not use things like chance or fortune in people's lives.  GOD has purposed each and every single event in the history of mankind, that includes you and your life.
